We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sassi Premium Lashes. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@sassipremiumlashes.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@sassipremiumlashes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement or refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased using a promotional code.
